As a Member of the Half Hour a Day Traffic Exchange you request that the administrators do NOT give out any of your submitted personal information for any reason.

You further agree that you will be using a email address that does NOT lead to a non-existent email account, a catch all account or autoresponder that will fill up and bounce emails. You further understand that if emails sent to you bounce you accept that your account might get deleted and lose any Income that you may have earned.

** You know that in order for you to receive your bonus 'join' credits and your account to be FULLY activated You must surf at least 50 sites. Once fully activated your referrer will also receive their bonus credits for referring you. IF YOU DO NOT fully activate your membership within 14 days you are not interested in remaining with the site and understand, that we can remove you from the Site without further notice **

Only one account per individual or computer is allowed. If we find more than one account from you, both accounts will be closed

It is okay with you if the Administrators of Traffic Exchange send you the occasional email if they have news or something they feel is worth your consideration. You understand that the Administrators will not abuse this and emails will be kept to a minimum. If you don´t want to get any email you must quit the program.

Your site may not advertise or contain any of the materials listed: pornography, warez or any illegal activity.
When you are adding your website, you must also remember this: It is against Google Adsense policies to advertise with Traffic Exchanges, so Google may suspend your Google Adsense account.
The text on your site should be in ENGLISH, if we don´t undestand your website we may remove it.
Your page can´t have more than one pop-up!
"Paid to Promote" website will be banned, if your PTP program give any problems for our users.
Money doublers will not ne allowed.
Rotators are allowed, but if websites you are rotating give any problems we may ban your website.
If in doubt of the 'acceptability' of a site you must contact the Administrators Prior to setting it up. You also understand that if you break these rules, your Membership or websites on our Traffic Exchange can be terminated without warning.

YOU WILL NOT open multiple browser windows to surf. I know the reason that people join a surfing site is to get exposure to their various sites and offers and opening multiple windows pretty much means you are not ever going to really look at their sites and that wouldn't be right.. after all, you want them to look at yours right? If caught cheating this way (or any other way) you accept and deserve to have your membership cancelled, your sites/banners deleted and forfeit any and all income you may have earned. Its only right after all.

You also understand that the speed of all Traffic Sites can be effected by the number of sites in the Database. Should your account show a negative balance and no activity for a period of more than 3 months, the administrators will assume you have abandoned your account and may remove it to keep the active member surfing at the best possible speed.

You agree that you will ONLY email your Direct Referrals once per week and that you will NEVER send material that may be offensive to them. If you do, then we will terminate your account.

It is YOUR responsibility to check out these terms from time to time as they may change without notification.
